RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Dai Viet Ginseng is committed to providing high-quality products and the best services to our customers. If there are any issues with your product, you may request a return or exchange under the following terms:
- Conditions for Return and Exchange
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 2 days of receiving the item.
- Products must remain in their original condition, with intact tags, labels, packaging, and unused.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order ID) is required.
- Applicable for defective products, damage during shipping, or wrong items delivered.
- Cases Not Eligible for Return and Exchange
- Products that have been used or no longer have intact packaging, tags, or labels.
- Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer.
- Products listed as non-returnable (if applicable, customers will be notified before purchase).

- Step 3: Send the product to the company’s address (details will be provided upon contact).
- Step 4: After receiving and inspecting the product, we will proceed as follows:
- Exchange for a new product (if available).
- Refund (via the original payment method) if an exchange is not possible.
- Return and Exchange Fees
- Return Fees:
- Free for returns due to manufacturing defects or errors by Dai Viet Ginseng.
- For other cases, customers will bear the shipping cost of the return (if applicable).
- Processing Time
- Returns and exchanges will be processed within 3–7 working days from the date we receive the product.
